1947 UFO Crash - Roswell, NM

SINE

Aura told me about this, and is fun, but who knows? May be real? The brochure says:

The purported 1947 crash of [a UFO near Roswell, New Mexico, makes it] the hub of one of the most documented and publicized events in UFO history. Involvement by personnel from Roswell Army Air Field and local civilians (some of whom still reside in Roswell) who helped in the retrieval of materials and its transportation to higher commands also helps authenticate the happenings of July 1947.

Aura says, and the museum tells me, that The International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell has displays, description of the incident and, regarding UFOs in general, video tapes about UFO research and reference materials including reports by UFO investigators, old books, clippings, audio tapes, and various documentation.

Other more whimsical presentations by the Museum make a stop fun for nonbelievers, too. You included the links I told you about?

Of course, dear girl.

They used to do a play about it too:

Roswell - The Musical - May be revived

That could be fun. Lets go if they do it. Performances used to be at something called the Military Institute Amphitheater in the summer. They ought to start doing it again with all these nut cases launching rockets in New Mexico. Things are really getting crazy. Though there might actually be something to it: There's a movie coming out with people like Harry Reid and other no-nonsense government types saying the government hasn't told us what it suspects about actual UFOs and such.
