Saguaro cactus

AURA

The saguaro may grow 20 feet tall before growing a branch. It may develop as many as 20 or 30 branches by the time it reaches 50 feet after 200 to 300 years. With its fine lateral roots in the top few inches of soil, a mature saguaro can drink a ton of water from a summer shower by expanding its accordion-like pleated skin. It doesn’t let much moisture evaporate. I asked Sine to put in a link for you to get More info about it if you’re interested.
