Commune ism, OR Communism

SINE

Whatever, because China never really had communism. Peasantry starved during rural collectives. Even when called itself Communist, China mixture of private ownership of homes, vehicles, and so on, but public ownership of enterprises. Different from America mainly because more direction from top despite sort of parliament.

Allowing more private ownership starting about 1980 led to competition that eliminated scarcity but also to massive enterprises that made their heads rich. China more billionaires than U.S. now. But when an enterprise almost monopoly, maybe only way to justify is make whole society the owner, and then maybe you have commune ism. I think China and US going to same thing.
